Having a script before reaching out to a referral partner is crucial for making a strong first impression and ensuring the conversation stays focused and productive. A well-prepared script allows you to build rapport, clearly communicate your value, address common questions, and confidently navigate objections.

Move UP Sales Scripts

  • Strategy: When you see an agent has posted about a new listing, verify whether the property is eligible for the Move Up program.

    Example Response: "Exciting news about this fantastic home! It qualifies for our Move Up Program, which provides down payment assistance, lower interest rates, and reduced upfront costs. If this home catches your eye, contact me for more details!"

  • Strategy: When you see a new notification from OSI Express that one of your agents has a new listing, verify whether the property is eligible for the Move Up program.

    Example Response: "Hi {Insert Agent Name}, congratulations on your new listing at {Insert Street Address}! This property qualifies for our Move Up Program, offering down payment assistance, lower interest rates, and reduced upfront costs. If you'd like a co-branded flyer to showcase these benefits to potential buyers, just let me know—I’d be happy to send it over!"

  • Strategy: When you see a new notification from Partner Intel that a saved agent has a listing alert, verify whether the property is eligible for the Move Up program.

    Example Response: "Hi {Insert Agent Name}, congratulations on your new listing at {Insert Street Address}! This property qualifies for our Move Up Program, offering down payment assistance, lower interest rates, and reduced upfront costs. If you'd like a co-branded flyer to showcase these benefits to potential buyers, just let me know—I’d be happy to send it over!"

  • Strategy: Encourage listing agents to include information on the Move Up program to potential sellers when they go to listing presentations.

    Example Response: "Hi {Insert Agent Name}, before your next listing presentation, let me know the home's location so I can check if it qualifies for our Move Up Program. This program offers down payment assistance, lower interest rates, and reduced upfront costs—helping attract more buyers and boost foot traffic.   • Strategy: Search for open houses in your market and verify whether the home is eligible for the Move Up program. Then reach out to the agent hosting the open house.  

    Example Response: "Hi {Insert Agent Name}, I noticed your listing on {Insert Street Name} has an open house this weekend. This home qualifies for our Move Up Program, which offers down payment assistance, lower interest rates, and reduced upfront costs for buyers. I’ll be in the area and can stop by to go over the program details. If you'd like, I can also bring marketing materials to share with potential buyers—especially those concerned about pricing!"

  • Strategy: Inform buyer agents that you can check whether the homes their clients are interested in qualify for the Move Up Program

    Example Response: "Hi {Insert Agent Name}, we offer a loan program with down payment assistance, lower interest rates, and reduced upfront costs for buyers—but eligibility is based on specific census tracts. If any of your buyers are interested in a home, reach out to me to check its eligibility. I’ll get back to you right away!"

  • Strategy: Contact an office manager or broker owner and let them know about the Move Up program and encourage them to share a list of all their active listings so you can verify which of them qualify.

    Example Response: "Hi {Insert Agent Name}, we offer a loan program with down payment assistance, lower interest rates, and reduced upfront costs for buyers—but eligibility is based on specific census tracts. If you can provide an Excel sheet of your office’s active listings, I’d be happy to highlight which properties qualify. For eligible listings, your agents will have an added advantage to attract more interest, increase foot traffic, and help sell the home faster!"

  • Strategy: Let agents know that you can verify which listings in their market are eligible for the Move Up program.

If you can share an Excel sheet of active listings in your market, I’d be happy to highlight which properties qualify. This way, you’ll have a quick reference while showing homes and can help buyers navigate price considerations more effectively!"

  • Strategy: Let listing agents know that you can verify which of the recently expired listings in their market are eligible for the Move Up program.

    Example Response: "Hi {Insert Agent Name}, we offer a loan program with down payment assistance, lower interest rates, and reduced upfront costs for buyers—but eligibility is based on specific census tracts. If you can provide an Excel sheet of recently expired listings in your market, I’d be happy to highlight which properties qualify. This program can attract more buyers and increase foot traffic, and sellers can take advantage of it for their next home purchase as well. With this insight, you may have a great opportunity to encourage these sellers to relist with you!"

  • Strategy: Reach out to a real estate office in your market and let them know about the Move Up and HELP program and their benefits. Ask if you can host a workshop to help educate the agents in the office and how they can use these programs to their advantage.
